Refunds

You can request a refund of your available balance anytime. We will process a refund for account balances of £10 GBP/$15 USD or more.

The refund will be processed via the original payment method you used to top up (e.g. credit card, bank transfer). Please make sure that all studies are completed and all submissions reviewed before requesting a refund. 

Note that balances earned through referrals and other bonuses are not refundable.

We can also transfer any remaining funds to another researcher's account if you would prefer: Transferring funds to another researcher's account

In all cases, please message us and tell us how much you would like to be refunded, and we'll take care of the remaining steps.
