You can get a refund of your available balance anytime. We will process a refund for account balances of £10 GBP/$15 USD or more.

The refund will be processed via the original payment method you used to top-up (e.g. credit card, bank transfer). Please make sure that all studies are completed and all submissions reviewed before requesting a refund. 

Note that balances earned through referrals and other bonuses are not refundable.

In all cases, please email/message us via info@prolific.co and tell us how much you would like to be refunded, and we'll take care of the remaining steps.
